Been using wallhax on Rainbow six seige and Black ops 3, I haven't been banned yet and I've been using aimbot and esp all the time,
I would say this is probably one of the safest hacks out there if you use your head and don't go around blatantly hacking then you should be fine :)
I would recommend wallhax to anyone wanting to bend the rules of gaming :)
